FAQ
Our research products undergo internal testing before shipment. Only when the purity exceeds 99% and the quantity meets the required standards will they be scheduled for dispatch.
We encourage researchers to perform third-party testing and, if possible, we would appreciate it if you could share the test report with us.
Our company is continuously improving our batch tracking system to help researchers better monitor the quality of each batch. For example, for batch L30, we use the format "301118-11/24/24," where the numbers before the dash represent the internal batch number and the numbers after the dash indicate the date (11/24/2024).
Product comes as lyophilized powder, it has to be reconstituted first.
Once reconstituted, vial should be refrigerated (up to 2 months). For longer storage keep in a freezer (up to 2 years).
We’d be happy to provide you with some online references to help you with your own research.
Yes. All of our peptides come in a raw lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, which must be purchased separately elsewhere online, as we do not carry it.
We do not carry any solvents for reconstitution of peptides and we have no intention of carrying them in the future.
Generally, store in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture and sunlight. Peptides should be refrigerated.
No they are not the same. While they can both be used for reconstitution, we recommend bacteriostatic water as it has a longer shelf life and is more widely available online.
All of our peptide vials are 3mL in volume.
